DISPERBYK® -2022

DISPERBYK® -2022 by BYK is isocyanate-free, structured acrylate copolymer with pigment affinic groups. Acts as a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-borne systems and pigment concentrates. Deflocculates pigments and provides steric stabilization. Increases gloss, color strength, transparency, and hiding power. Offers a positive effect on salt spray resistance. Exhibits wide compatibility with special focus on low to medium-polar systems. Provides very good adhesion "direct-to-metal". Reduces the millbase viscosity. DISPERBYK® -2022 is used in architectural, wood & furniture, and industrial coatings and pigment concentrates.
