CERACOL® 605

CERACOL® 605 by BYK acts as a scratch resistance agent. This carnauba wax dispersion is especially suited to low layer thicknesses. It improves the surface properties and increases surface slip. It is suitable for food-contact applications. It is used in solvent-borne and aqueous can coatings with a high proportion of co-solvents. Its recommended dosage level is 1% to 5% based on the total formulation. CERACOL® 605 has a shelf life of 15 months.
