BYK® -SILCLEAN 3720

Solution of a polyether modified hydroxy functional polydimethylsiloxane. Acts as a surface additive to improve ease of surface cleaning in aqueous UV-curable and cross-linkable topcoats. Reduces dirt adhesion. Improves water-and oil-repellency, substrate wetting, leveling, surface slip, water resistance (blush resistance), anti-blocking properties, weather resistance, anti-graffiti and tape release properties. Reacts into two-pack polyurethane, alkyd-melamine, polyester-melamine, acrylic-melamine, acrylic-epoxy combinations and phenolic resins. Used for solvent-borne cross-linkable topcoats.
