BYK® -371

BYK® -371 by BYK acts as a reactive silicone surface additive. Offers improved slip, solvent and weather resistance. Possesses improved anti-blocking properties and substrate wetting. Exhibits improved flow and leveling. Provides less dirt retention. Reduces surface tension. BYK® -371 avoids Bénard cell formation. Supports the orientation of flatting agents and yields a uniform flatting effect. Used in paper varnishes, wood and furniture coatings. Its recommended dosage level is 0.1-5 %.
