BYK® -1797

BYK® -1797 by BYK acts as a defoamer and air release agent. Its higher additive quantities also improve leveling and substrate wetting. It is highly effective and silicone-based grade. It is designed for solvent-borne, high solid and solvent-free 100% UV printing inks, screen inks and overprint varnishes. It is suitable for food contact printing inks. Its recommended dosage level is 0.02-2% based on the total formulation. BYK® -1797 has a shelf life of 48 months.
