TIXOGEL® MP 100 by BYK is organophilic smectite. Acts as a rheology modifier/thickener. It exhibits excellent rheology and ease of dispersion. It is very effective in building up low shear viscosity.
  • It is compatible with alkyds, processed oils, epoxy esters and oil-modified urethanes.
  • TIXOGEL® MP 100 used in low to medium polarity solvent-based coating systems.
  • The recommended dosage level of TIXOGEL® MP 100 is 0.2% to 0.8% in paint.
