Dispelair® CF 837

Dispelair® CF 837 by Blackburn Chemicals is a solvent and silicone-free, foam control agent and excellent defoamer for water-based coatings. This highly effective, mineral oil-free additive is used very successfully in low to high PVC systems, including some gloss systems. Also, used in elastomeric paint formulations and decorative emulsion paints. It shows good compatibility once incorporated into the system and low dispersibility in water. It is effective over a wide range of pH values & temperatures and at low concentrations. It helps with process productivity. A typical addition level would be between 0.1% and 0.5% in total, depending on the severity of the foam problem. Dispelair® CF 837 is SVHC Label-free and complies with the indirect food contact regulations listed in 21CFR: 176.210 & 175.105. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
