HY-2042 by Beijing Mayor Chemical Technology acts as a defoamer. It is composed of silicone oil, hydrophobic particles and emulsifier. It exhibits excellent foam breaking function and persistent foam suppression. It does not have adverse effect on gloss and color. HY-2042 is suitable for elastic-, thick paste- & multi-color paint and paper making applications. The recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system.
