Lapox® ARD-55 (XR-85)

Lapox® ARD-55 (XR-85) by Atul is a low viscosity, high epoxy functionality reactive diluent based on trimethylol propane. Offers good flexibility, improved wetting and processability and reduced viscosity while maintaining most cured properties. Exhibits high resistance to solvents and ammonia. It is compatible with all types of epoxy resins in any proportion. Resins diluted with this can be suitably cured by epoxy curing agents for variety of applications. It provides high cross linking with good reactivity without affecting glass transition temperature significantly of cured system. Lapox® ARD-55 (XR-85) is recommended for gel coatings application. It has a shelf-life of 2 years.
