Lapox® AH-543 (XH-80)

Lapox® AH-543 (XH-80) by Atul is a light colored, low viscosity phenalkamine curing agent based on cashew nut shell liquid. It is able to cure modified and unmodified epoxy resin at room temperature as well as low temperatures upto 5°C, even in moist and high humid conditions. When cured with epoxy resins it provides superior corrosion protection coupled with excellent film forming ability and adhesion to variety of substrates. Exhibits good chemical resistance to mild acids and alkalis. Suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. Lapox® AH-543 (XH-80) is recommended for industrial maintenance coatings, primer, paints and heavy duty anti-corrosive coatings for marine applications. It has a shelf-life of 1 year.
