ASCOTRAN® AL4 by ASCOTEC is a liquid, nitrite-free corrosion inhibitor preventing flash rust in all types of waterborne wet coatings. ASCOTRAN® AL4 is mainly used in waterborne coatings to eliminate flash-rusting on ferrous and non-ferrous metals during drying of the coatings, and as a corrosion inhibitor for metal packaging protection containing waterborne products (paints, cleaners, wood treatment, maintenance products, etc.).
