allnex Coating Resins Company

CYMEL® U-662 by allnex is a partially iso-butylated urea-formaldehyde cross-linking agent with a medium degree of alkylation. It exhibits fast drying, very good block resistance and low formaldehyde emission properties. It has high reactivity and a high tendency for self-condensation. It shows good compatibility with acrylic-, alkyd-, nitrocellulose-, cellulose acetate butyrate-, polyvinyl butyrate- and polyester resins. It is very suitable for acid-curing, industrial wood coating applications. The shelf life of CYMEL® U-662 is 720 days.
