CYMEL® 250 resin

CYMEL® 250 resin by allnex is a new type of mix alkylated methylated and n-butylated melamine formaldehyde resin-based cross-linking agent with high imino functions. A formulation using CYMEL® 250 resin can achieve lower VOC, fast low temperature cure response, superior humidity & water resistance. It is designed specifically for automotive coating system and does not require a strong acid catalyst for fast cure response. Recommended for automotive basecoat & primer/surfacer. The shelf life of this additive is 1 year.
