ADDITOL® XL 6577

ADDITOL® XL 6577 by allnex is a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-containing systems. It is a low molecular weight additive which is especially able to deflocculate and stabilize inorganic pigments very actively by electrical charging at the pigment surface and permits very low viscosity millbase formulations.

• It offers high gloss and improved color strength to coatings and inks.
• ADDITOL® XL 6577 decreases settling of pigments & extenders and offers good leveling.
• Due to its acidic character, it is also recommended for use in metallic formulations, since it shows very good stabilization of aluminum flakes.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2.5% on pigment/extender and matting agent.
• It has a shelf life of 365 days.
