Starch ether. Acts as an alternative thickener in combination with celluloses for dispersion systems such as wall paints and plasters. Has to be combined with higher viscous cellulose compared to pure cellulose based formulations. In addition, the achievable properties of paints with AMITROPAINT are exceeding those of the conventional thickeners. Sag resistance and workability are improved whereas the opacity remains. Is suitable for the different kinds of dispersion based paints and external renders.
