Afcona -4063

High molecular weight modified polyurethane polymer. Acts as a dispersant for deflocculation of all type of pigments. Provides very good viscosity reduction, pigment stability and improved color strength. Offers very good blue under tone with high jetness. It also gives very low milling paste viscosity for carbon black. Due to it wide compatibility, it can be use in all solvent based coating system. Addition and dosage: Calculation method for the required amount of active ingredient on pigment: TiO2 : 2 - 3%, Other inorganic pigments : 2 - 4%, Organic pigments : 20 - 40%, Carbon blacks : 20 - 60%.
