Silicone-free defoaming polymer. Prevents the entrapment of air during processing steps such as stirring, pumping etc. Has good compatibility with most resin systems. However, for better in-can clarity and dry film transparency. Mainly used in wood coating system due to it good defoaming and acceptable in can haziness. Also used in air-drying alkyd-paints for decorative and protective coatings, stoving systems for industrial application, NC lacquers for wood, general industrial as well as car refinish. Addition and dosage: 0.1-1.0% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.30-0.50% based on total formulation.
