ADDISP™ ECO

ADDISP™ ECO by ADDAPT Chemicals is a multi functional, VOC and APEO-free, reactive pigment dispersant partially sourced from biomass. It is designed for resin-free pigment concentrates for solvent- & aqueous-based systems and UV coatings.

• It is a bio-based polymer with surface-active components and contains reactive moieties that enables reaction with oxidative systems to impart improved durability.
• It can be dispersed with dissolver no need of milling with ball/peral mill.
• It is readily biodegradable and offers improved pigment grinding efficiency & lower carbon footprint.
• It reduces pigment particle size <5 µm and energy-, production-, manufacturing-, waste & cleaning- and maintenance costs.
• ADDISP™ ECO enables the use of water-based pigment concentrates in solvent-based formulations.
• It is suitable for anticorrosive- & industrial coatings and inorganic-, organic-, carbon black-, iron oxide-, fluorescent & titanium dioxide pigments and various fillers & silicas.
• The dosage level of the grade for resin-free pigment concentrates is 2.0 – 15.0% based on total paste and compatibilizer WB pigment paste in SB is 0.1 – 1.0% on total formulation.
