ADDAPT® VeoPox™ 2 by ADDAPT Chemicals is a reactive precursor for hybrid coating systems with excellent adhesive and anti-corrosion properties on metal surfaces. It is a fatty acid-phosphate modified bis-A epoxy resin with reactive functionalities. It is a solvent-free system with a reactive diluent (VeoVa 10). It allows formulation of hybrid epoxy/alkyd systems, both solvent based and emulsion based. ADDAPT® VeoPox™ 2 is suitable for both water- and solvent-based direct-to-metal coating system and UV-curing systems. Recommended dosage level is 5-10% for hybrid epoxy/(meth)acrylic emulsion and 3-7% for UV-curing systems.
