ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 11C

ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 11C by ADDAPT Chemicals is an easy to handle, non-toxic and non-flammable water repellent for masonry and wood substrates. It is a proprietary blend of additives. It helps in the reduction of freeze thaw cracking & spalling of bricks and improvement of winter fuel efficiency by maintaining the effect heat insulation properties of dry bricks. It provides a transparent water vapor barrier and allows internal moisture to be released without damage to the surface, whilst preventing further water ingress. ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 11C offers reduced efflorescence, carbondioxide transmission, surface dirt pick-up, splitting warping & checking as well as mold, fungal & other microbial infestations. It finds application in coatings.
