Sherwin-Williams Unveils TuffWall Premium Texture Finish, a 100 Percent Acrylic Interior Coating

Published on 2013-02-06. Author : SpecialChem

LAS VEGAS -- Sherwin-Williams is introducing TuffWall Premium Texture Finish, a 100 percent acrylic interior coating that gives professionals a quick, economical way to enhance a property with a fresh, updated look.

TuffWall is easy to apply, and it stays where it is sprayed, clinging to the wall until it is knocked down to the desired texture. Beyond the popular knockdown texture, numerous finishes such as splatter or orange peel textures can also be achieved. TuffWall stands out from the competition as it can be applied by airless spray to provide a smooth base coat, taking a level four drywall finish to a level five base coat. It can be tinted to hundreds of custom colors.

"TuffWall Premium Texture Finish is an excellent choice for property managers seeking an inviting look without the expense of wallpaper or traditional stucco applications," said Karl Schmitt, Vice President, Marketing, Sherwin-Williams. "TuffWall is a great texture finish for the hospitality space, as well as for commercial spaces such as restaurants, offices and retail."

In addition, TuffWall Premium Texture Finish meets nationwide compliance with VOC regulations. The Finish offers quality performance, especially over uneven or damaged surfaces, and has mildew resistance and a Class A fire rating.
