Electrolube to Launch LTC Coating, PU Resin & more for Electronics at Productronica China

Published on 2014-03-11. Author : SpecialChem

Global electro-chemicals manufacturer, Electrolube, will introduce three advanced new products to the Chinese market for high protection of electronic circuitry. The low odor, low temperature LTC coating is the newest addition to Electrolube's established coatings range and will be launched at Productronica China on the 18-20th March, held at the Shanghai New International Trade Fair Center. With a rapid touch dry time of less than ten minutes, the coating features extremely low temperature properties and low moisture vapor permeability. LTC is safer for operators to use, due its aromatic-free formulation, and offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Electrolube will also launch a new polyurethane resin that exhibits high resistance to weather, acids, alkalis, water and mold growth, making it suitable for a range of environments. Developed with a 1:1 ratio for ease of processing, PU5562 is ideally suited for LED applications due to its egg white transparency and high resistance to scratches, marks and yellowing, enabling the resin to maintain excellent aesthetic appearance.

Alongside LTC and PU5562, Electrolube will showcase a new gap filling interface material with superior thermal efficiency and excellent mechanical strength. The GP450H Gap Pad provides ultra-high thermal conductivity at 4.5 W/m-K even at high temperatures, and is ideally suited to applications in wireless communications and mass storage devices. Designed for use between heat generating components and heat sinks, the GP450H Gap Pad meets the UL94 V-0 safety standard for flame retardancy and offers a wide operating temperature range.

Electrolube's technical and management team will be on Stand 5378 in Hall W5 at Productronica China to help visitors identify the best solutions to use for specific electronic and manufacturing requirements. The company's core product groups include encapsulation resins, thermal management materials, cleaning products, contact lubricants and conformal coatings.
