UV Transparent Protective Composition
D 150 EI protective ink can be polymerized in seconds under UV light to produce protective coatings for the next generation transparent conductive electrodes (PEDOT, nano silver wires, …). Key features includes high mechanical resistance, protection from visible light and the electric charges.
D 150 EI shows a superior adhesion on untreated PET and plastics in general, high flexibility combined with a very low odor compared to other acrylic compositions. D 150 EI withstand extreme thermal shock cycling from +150°C to -50°C and maintain its integrity over a wide temperature range.
D 150 EI is fully compatible with the electronic materials for touch.
