Winona Powder Coating Gets JDM F17 Certification from John Deere; Expands Coating Offerings

ETNA GREEN, Indiana -- Winona Powder Coating, one of the largest high volume powder coater in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan, has announced that they have been awarded the JDM F17 certification from John Deere. Specializing in providing the highest quality coating services with an industry leading turnaround, Winona Powder Coating is the partner of choice for metal parts manufacturers. This paint process qualification enables the company to expand its color range coatings offerings to an expanded base of agricultural parts suppliers.

The John Deere F17 certification allows parts manufacturers to partner with Winona to serve agricultural and major industrial markets. In addition to the newly acquired John Deere certification, Winona Powder Coating has added an abrasive blasting and laser scale removal to satisfy customer demand. These additional equipment capabilities are the latest value-add to the 167,000-square-foot facility in Etna Green that was opened in August of 2013. The facility houses a state-of-the-art powder coating line with a 5-stage washer, automatic and manual coating booths, and digitally controlled ovens.
