VitroTech Corporation Announces Annual Supply Contract With Global Plastics Manufacturer

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- VitroTech Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VROT - News) announced the signing of an annual supply contract with a global plastics manufacturer.

Under the contract, VitroTech has agreed to supply Vitrolite® through the third quarter of 2005 to a leading producer of engineered thermoplastic materials, polymeric compounds and molded products, with over 40 locations worldwide. Pursuant to the supply contract, the customer has placed its first order for 100,000 pounds of Vitrolite®.

James Kangas, Director of Global Sales of VitroTech's VitroCo subsidiary, said, "We are excited by the opportunities that we expect to derive from this supply contract. We are confident that the first order received under the contract will lead to additional purchases by the customer and hope to capitalize on the customer's acceptance of Vitrolite® at the initial facility and to expand use of Vitrolite® to all of their global manufacturing locations over the next two to three years."
