Univar Solutions has announced that its subsidiary, Univar Solutions China, has reached an agreement with Zhuhai Techi Chem Silicone Industry Corporation ("Techi Chem") to acquire the business to distribute innovative specialty silicone solutions used primarily for the coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers (CASE) market. The agreement is expected to close in mid-December 2020.
