PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Southwall Technologies Inc. In addition, R. Eugene Goodson will become the Chairman of the Board of Directors. George Boyadjieff, who has held that position since 2003, will remain on the Board.

"We are excited to add someone with Dennis' strong financial track record to our Board," said Executive Chairman Goodson. "As we maintain focus on growth in our core energy markets, Dennis' financial leadership and discipline will be instrumental in helping us to achieve and maintain profitability."
