RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC -- Reichhold, Inc. announced price increases of $0.05 per wet pound for acrylic latex and styrenated acrylic latex emulsions and $0.03 per wet pound for VAE and PVA acrylic emulsions. These price increases are effective for orders that ship on or after February 1, 2010 and apply to emulsions sold within or exported from the Americas.

"These price increases are driven by the escalation of raw material prices," said Randall Vasseur, Director of Sales, Coatings. "We appreciate the understanding of our customers as we work to control costs, minimize the impact of these increases, and continue to provide innovative and high quality products and services which add value for our customers. Reichhold sales representatives will be contacting their accounts with specific details on the increase."
