PMC Biogenix Increases Prices on Fatty Amides

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- PMC Biogenix has announced that, as a result of sharply escalating raw material costs, it is increasing off-list prices of its Kemamide® fatty amides, effective April 15, 2008 up to $0.50 per pound depending on grade and raw material type.

Since the third quarter of 2007, the prices of the key natural fat and oil raw materials used to manufacture these products have increased over 40%. PMC Biogenix is committed to its position as the leading supplier of the full range of fatty amides used as polymer and coatings additives.
