NeoResins to Market Indurez and Induprint Resin Solutions in Americas and Asia-Pacific

Waalwijk, The Netherlands, July 1, 2003, - NeoResins, a business unit of Avecia, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Indulor Chemie GmbH, 49577 Ankum, Germany and Indulor AG, 6300 Zug, Switzerland in which NeoResins will distribute Indurez solid resins and Induprint solutions of these resins in the Americas and the Asia- Pacific region.
