Nagase America established Nagase Specialty Materials NA in 2020. It was a merger of Nagase America’s Chemicals and Life Sciences divisions with Fitz Chem Corporation. It was acquired in 2017 to bolster its presence in the US specialty chemicals market and improve customer service within the sector.
The integration signifies the complete unification of Nagase's resources. The goal is to improve operational efficiency.
This will allow NSM to provide specialized materials and solutions with greater effectiveness. It will fortify the distribution network and focus on business development. This will lead to actively pursuing new opportunities and partnerships to address customer’s specific needs.
