Kelly-Moore Announces Expansion Plans

San Carlos, Calif -- The Kelly-Moore Paint Company announced that it will add 11 new stores as part of its expansion plans and to better serve its growing base of California customers.

The new stores, which are scheduled to open throughout 2005, are part of the company's aggressive plans to expand its share of California's growing market.

"We believe this expansion plan will allow us to better serve our customers," said Kelly-Moore President & CEO Herb R. Giffins. "Kelly-Moore has been the painter's paint store for nearly 60 years and we are looking forward to another 60 years of success."

New store locations are:

Manteca – Now Open
Watsonville - Now Open
Citrus Heights - Now Open
Salida - Now Open
Sunnyvale - Opening in late February, 2005
Sacramento – Mack Road - Opening in March, 2005
Auburn - Opening in Spring, 2005
Woodland - Opening in Spring, 2005
Pacific Grove - Opening in Spring, 2005
Alameda - Opening in Summer, 2005
Visalia - Opening in Summer, 2005

Kelly-Moore also announced that it has retained a nationally recognized public relations and marketing agency, Singer Associates, to help promote its expansion plans.
