GEHOLIT+WIEMER becomes part of the Swiss KABE Swiss Group. The Bubenhofer family has taken over all the shares of the German, medium-sized coating material manufacturer in the context of a succession solution. Until now, the company has also been a family business and will continue to operate with its locations in Switzerland and abroad as an independent company under the roof of the Swiss Group.

The takeover was preceded by decades of partnership. Since 1988, GEHOLIT+WIEMER and KARL BUBENHOFER AG, have been operating a distribution company for powder coatings in Germany.
