IMCD N.V. (“IMCD”), a distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, announces that IMCD Sweden has acquired 100% of the share capital of ACM AB (“ACM”), a distributor of minerals and chemicals.
Strategy to Expand Industrial Applications
ACM is mostly active within the coatings, adhesives, paper, plastics, rubber, and construction industries. Based in Sweden and serving a variety of industrial companies within the Nordic region, ACM generated a revenue of approx. EUR 13 million in 2022.
