Inc. ranked DYMAX Corporation No. 4,008 on its first-ever Inc. 5,000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. The Inc. 5,000, an extension of Inc. magazine's annual Inc. 500 list, captures many businesses that are too big to grow at the pace required to make the Inc. 500, as well as a host of smaller firms. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. economy.

"The Inc. 5,000 provides the most comprehensive look ever at the most important part of the economy - the entrepreneurial part," said Inc. 5,000 Project Manager Jim Melloan. "The expansion of the list has allowed us to tell the stories of larger companies, older companies, and a wealth of companies in industries like Manufacturing and Construction that are underreported in the business media."

Andrew G. Bachmann, founder and Chairman of the DYMAX Corporation, grew the company from an invention developed in a basement laboratory to a global supplier of structural adhesives, coatings, encapsulants, and UV curing systems widely used in the medical, electronic, and aerospace industries. His commitment to providing manufacturers with improved assembly solutions through light-curing adhesives and equipment, led to the development of over 30 patents, including fluorescing adhesives and adhesives that can cure through semi-opaque and UV-inhibited plastics.

Over 25 years later, the products manufactured by DYMAX continue to provide design engineers with tools to dramatically improve manufacturing efficiency and lower their costs. DYMAX, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, serves the assembly needs of the medical, electronic, optical, military, automotive, metal finishing and industrial markets worldwide.

DYMAX Corporation is a technology-based company specializing in the formulation, manufacture and service of advanced assembly adhesives, coatings, masking resins, and light curing systems.
