DKSH's Business Unit Performance Materials, a distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics and distribution services for Vink Chemicals’ range of biocides, used in water-based products, deco coatings, paints and emulsions in China.
Preservative Solutions in Paints & Coatings
Vink Chemicals formulates biocides with various antimicrobial substances such as isothiazolinones and formaldehyde releasers. The biocides are used as preservative solutions in paints and coatings, as well as protective agents for liquids in cooling and processing systems and metalworking fluids. The biocides are also used in water treatment as slimicides.
Vink Chemicals has entrusted DKSH to grow its specialties business in China following its existing partnership in Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Spain and Thailand. This is thanks to DKSH’s extensive distribution network, knowledgeable commercial and technical teams, strong capabilities in logistics and value-added services, including technical and regulatory support.
