Day International Acquires Hydro Dynamic Products (HDP)

Day International, a Flint Group company, a global manufacturer and distributor of highly engineered consumable products used in offset, flexographic and digital printing, announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of HDP.

HDP, headquartered at Shoreham-by-Sea in the UK, is a well established manufacturer of pressroom chemicals. The company's global distribution covers 5 continents. They offer a full range of pressroom consumable products to their customer base including printing blankets, pressroom chemistry and press spare parts as well as an efficient waste management and collection scheme.
