Global ingredient supplier Corbion has been awarded a 2023 EcoVadis gold medal for its overall achievements in sustainability. This is the seventh year of Corbion's association with EcoVadis, a provider of trusted business sustainability ratings.
In its assessment, EcoVadis evaluated Corbion's policies, actions and results across all production facilities worldwide, scoring the company's performance in the areas of environment, labor practices, ethics and sustainable procurement. Corbion's overall 2023 score was just a single percentage point lower than its previous and second consecutive, platinum-level rating.
