American Colors has acquired Colorificio Migliavacca, a pigment dispersions producer. Co-founder and chairman of the board of American Colors, James Oram Wible, stated, “We have been searching for the right partner in Europe and we have found that in Colorificio Migliavacca. We are excited that they have decided to join us.”
