allnex has streamlined its Distributor network for the Liquid Resins & Additives Division (LRA) in North America.

Allnex & Nuplex Business Combination

Following the September 2016 announcement of the business combination of the Allnex Group Companies and Nuplex Industries, it has been working to integrate the business functions of these formerly two companies.

When bringing together two companies of the reach and magnitude of legacy Allnex and Nuplex, it’s natural to have some significant redundancies both geographically and between products that can yield inefficiencies.

Both Allnex and Nuplex had excellent distribution partners, but in order to optimize the distribution network to best serve its customers, it has streamlined its distributor group.

By appointing this new group, it plans to make a positive impact on the customer experience, including offering one point of contact, greater efficiency, ease of ordering, faster deliveries, more robust product knowledge and easy access to allnex experts.
