Coatings ingredients supplied by Imerys
NeoGen® products are structured calcined kaolin grades designed to improve optical performance in matte decorative paints. They improve scrub resistance and mudcrack resistance. They are used in higher pigment volume concentration TiO2 pigmented formulations. With NeoGen®, formulators can achieve substantial pigment cost savings with the replacement of TiO2 by up to 20% while maintaining existing film properties.
