Curran® is a high-performance cellulose additive for waterborne paints and coatings applications. It is derived from the waste streams of root vegetables, primarily from sugar beet pulp. Based on fiber technology, these additives provide a unique set of properties in coatings. It is very effective in stopping mud and micro-cracking, improves scrub resistance and generally helps the strength of the film.

Furthermore, Curran® is an effective green additive that improves sag, is sheer-thinning and provides viscosity at any pH level. It is compatible with a variety of common water-based polymer systems such as epoxies, acrylics and polyurethanes.
