SILRES® BS 6921

SILRES® BS 6921 by Wacker is a flexible, soft and low-viscosity silane-based polyether binder, used for protecting mineral flooring. Offers strong bonding properties and outstanding protection against soiling & staining. It withstands thermal expansion and mechanical deformation. It is used to flexibilize the chemically related grade, SILRES® BS 6920, which is used for transparent, extremely hard-wearing concrete floors, but it is too brittle for use with flexible substrates. It is suitable for treating epoxy or polyurethane floors in need of repair. SILRES® BS 6921 finds application in multistory car parks, automotive workshops, railway station buildings and logistics centers, display & sales rooms, bistros, halls where events & exhibitions are held, museums and private dwellings.
