Carboset® SA-860

Styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion. Possesses excellent resistance to dirt pick-up, efflorescence, alkali resistance and water resistance. Has excellent adhesion to cementicious substrates, binding power for fillers and pigments, weathering performance as well as crack bridging performance. Used for elastomeric coatings for masonry facades as well as coatings for "fresh" concrete and "hot" stucco.
