Carboset® CR-795 by Lubrizol is an acrylic polymer designed for primers, topcoats and direct-to-metal applications. Offers good corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion. It is compatible with co-solvents and can be formulated with anti-corrosive pigments to dial in on optimal VOC levels. Carboset® CR-795 can be blended with other acrylates and water-reducible alkyds with minimal impact on performance when compared to a 100% alkyd system.
