ESACOTE® PU C1

ESACOTE® PU C1 by Lamberti is a multipurpose, low VOC, cationic waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polycarbonate diols. It is used as a binder for clear and pigmented coatings. It offers stability in low pH formulations, low water uptake, good elasticity on flexible substrates, and good overcotability.
  • It is used as a primer for flexible packaging applications.
  • It is suitable for metal coatings, as pretreatment or primer on different substrates (like galvalume, galvanized iron, aluminum or cold rolled steel).
  • It forms transparent, glossy & non-sticky films and does not require co-solvent.
  • It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates to enhance the overall properties..
  • ESACOTE® PU C1 has a shelf life of 12 months.
