ESACOTE® PU 5070

ESACOTE® PU 5070 by Lamberti is a solvent-free, anionic, waterborne dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether diols. It is a binder specifically designed for waterproofing applications for roof or terrace coatings. It forms highly flexible, transparent, glossy and non-sticky film in clear & pigmented coatings.

It is also used as a primer and an adhesion promoter to optimize bonding on porous substrates.
ESACOTE® PU 5070 is suitable for the formulation of thick and elastic pigmented membranes with low water uptake.
It can be combined with water dispersible polyisocyanates, melamine resins, polyaziridines or carbodiimides crosslinkers in order to enhance overall properties.
It has a shelf life of 12 months.
