ESACOTE® PU 9539

ESACOTE® PU 9539 by Lamberti is a waterborne anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polyurethane based on polyether diols. It is an inherently matt film forming polymer, without organic and inorganic matting agents. It can be used as a binder or co-binder in water-based systems.

• It provides film without any residual surface tack, low coefficient of friction value (COF), and very good printability & processability in roto/flexo application.
• It is a designed for flexible packaging on plastic films (ex: BOPET and BOPP) and cardboard applications, where a silky touch OPV is desired.
• It can be combined with isocyanic crosslinkers to impart good adhesion, blocking- and scratch resistance in plastic films.
• It does not require co-solvent for film formation.
• ESACOTE® PU 9539 has a shelf life of 6 months.
