DOMACRYL 5109 85 Bac/Ac by Helios Resins (Helios Group) is a highly reactive hydroxyl acrylic resin.
  • It shows good balance between hardness and flexibility with excellent mechanical properties and superior outdoor durability.
  • Used for room temperature drying or forced drying two-pack systems for automotive refinishing and general metal coatings (clear and pigmented top coats).
  • It is suitable for aromatic-free systems and gives ultra high solid systems at spraying viscosity (VOC = 300 g/l).
  • It offers compatibility with HDI-isocyanurate, HDI-biuret, Desmodur® L 75 and other binders like vinyl VAGH, nitrocellulose (ester soluble).
  • Designed for DTM (direct-to-metal) application.
  • Crosslinking with aliphatic isocyanates is recommended for the formulation of non-yellowing finishing.
  • DOMACRYL 5109 85 Bac/Ac has a shelf life of 12 months, when stored at temperature below 35°C.
