SYCO® 141

SYCO® 141 by SYCO is a VOC-free coalescing agent based on renewable sources. It is highly efficient in film formation and provides low or VOC-free formulations. It imparts little or no odor to the coating & during its application. Recommended for high, medium & low gloss coatings, sparkling pastes and textures.

• It is suggested for high, medium and low PVC systems, with the most varied types of resins, such as acrylic styrene, VeoVa and acrylic vinyl.
• It offers increased dry coverage in high PVC coatings.
• It exhibits excellent finish, great film leveling, and resistance to wet abrasion, cracking & weathering.
• SYCO® 141 allows reduction of TAC, MFFT (Minimum Film Forming Temperature) and water absorption in spackling paste & acrylic.
• It has a great spread rate and allows adjustment of open time & brightness.
• The recommended dosage level is 4.00-8.00% over resin solids.
